Dr. Crystal is a board-certified nutrition specialist, licensed nutritionist, researcher, educator, and author. She received her Master of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College and Doctor of Clinical Nutrition from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She is a member of the American Nutrition Association and the American Society of Nutrition. Dr. Crystal also serves on the Board of Directors of the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists℠, which supports emerging nutrition professionals.
