Meet the Doctors

Dr. Michael A. Smith

Dr. Mike received his medical doctorate from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center. He practiced Internal Medicine and Radiology in Dallas, Texas, in the early 2000s and then transitioned to the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries as an educator and consultant. Today, Dr. Mike is the Director of Education and Spokesperson for Life Extension®. He is also the author of The Supplement Pyramid: How to Build Your Personalized Nutritional Regimen.

Dr. Crystal M. Gossard

MS, DCN, CNS, LN

Dr. Crystal is a board-certified nutrition specialist, licensed nutritionist, researcher, educator, and author. She received her Master of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College and Doctor of Clinical Nutrition from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She is a member of the American Nutrition Association and the American Society of Nutrition. Dr. Crystal also serves on the Board of Directors of the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists℠, which supports emerging nutrition professionals.
